F My Laundry™ charges using a tier system associated with how many baskets you have. Tier 2 is our most popular option for busy homes with a high laundry load. We estimate saving 3+ hours per week.

How the Process Works
- Simply request an appointment online to schedule a professional laundry folder to come fold.
- During the booking process you will need to select which tier your laundry falls into.
- Please do your best to measure your baskets using the visuals in the pricing section.
Note: Customers are asked not to pack baskets like ¾ cups of brown sugar during their measurement process – your clothes will thank you.

• Do your best to eyeball the amount or measure with your own baskets, then select from the 3 tier options.

For an extra charge of $15 the folder can assist with putting your clothes away. The customer will need to provide clear direction and guidance during the process.

Yes, no, sometimes, maybe… Some cleaners may offer this service, but most do not and don’t have the time as their specialty is deep cleaning. F My Laundry™ fills in the gap when it comes to preparation for professional cleaners so it’s a win-win for everyone.
Due to liability reasons, this is a service that is not offered.
If you want your underwear folded, and socks folded a certain way, please communicate that to your folder. Some customers don’t want their delicates being handled, and that is ok! Just make sure you set aside anything you don’t want folded.
This is entirely up to the customer and what they are comfortable with. Popular places for folding are the living room couch, dining room table, and bedrooms. To prepare for the appointment, just be sure to have all of the clean laundry you wanted folded in a designated area.
Obviously this depends on the amount you have, but generally appointments can range from 30-90 minutes from start to finish. Keep in mind that when there are excessive amounts of socks this task will increase the time it takes to complete the service. Another variable to keep in mind is if you are prone to washing your clothes inside out in which the folder will take time to fold them right side out.
